Plant Crocuses in the Fall.

Crocuses (Crocus ancyrensis and C. Tommasinianus) are known for blooming early in the spring season. It is best to plant the corms (which are similar to bulbs) in early autumn. Then just sit back and enjoy the purple, white, and/or yellow blooms the following spring! Crocuses are hardy in Zones 3 – 8.
